About	M A McNulty Chartered Surveyors is regulated by RICS. The firm was founded by Mike McNulty. He is qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1985 after studying for his degree in Urban Estate Surveying. Whilst starting out in Southampton and London, the majority of his working career has been in Dorset, parts of West Hampshire and South Wiltshire. Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, Mike has inspected and prepared reports and valuations on over 16,000 properties. He has also prepared numerous valuations for the benefit of the Court under the Civil Procedure Rules and has given evidence as an Expert Witness in court.
