About	Tailend is a family run business that has been in the fish industry for four generations. It is a fishmonger and seafood restaurant located in the heart of St Andrews. Tailend specialises in the best of Scottish seafood. Their menus offer traditional seafood along with a range of delicious fish & chips and non-fishy options. Their fish can be cooked in batter, breadcrumbs or grilled, and their chips are gluten-free and blanch fried in beef dripping. They also have a great range of burgers, chicken and salads.
