| About | The Regency Restaurant is one of Brighton's oldest and most popular seafront restaurants in Brighton. The restaurant is a Grade II listed building and was initially built as the palatial seaside home for Thomas Coutts, the founder of Coutts Bank, in the early part of the 18th century. You can experience the flavours of the locally-caught fresh fish whilst enjoying spectacular views of the English Channel, the i360 and the West Pier. The Regency Restaurant is an ideal spot to spend an evening out after a day of fun. All meals are served with a choice of chips, new potatoes or salad.
