About	Kumon North Lincolnshire has been developing confident, and independent learners through individualised, and advanced study since 1997. Darren Burton is the instructor of the tutoring centre, who always has a passion for learning and education and sincerely believe in the value of the Kumon Method and ethos. The instructor of the centre is supported by six class assistants, who are previous Kumon students and one is still studying the Kumon programmes. The assistants help the marking and recording of students' work, are also working with newly-enrolled students and early learners, supplementary activities such as using the number of boards and listening to students read. They have a notice board in their waiting area that provides up-to-date class news for parents as well as serving as a motivational tool to encourage students to complete their work daily.
