About	Kumon Chelmsford aims to bring out the best in every child, regardless of age or ability and helps them to reach their potential & foster a love of learning. Eirini Grammatikopoulou is the instructor of the tutoring centre. She chose to become a Kumon instructor due to her deep appreciation for & confidence in the Kumon programmes and their philosophy. As a Kumon instructor, her greatest reward is seeing her students grow in confidence & self-esteem. At Kumon Chelmsford, she is very proud of her great team of caring and highly experienced assistants who work closely with her and have an excellent rapport with the students. She always keeps a very close eye on each student’s progress, observing, advising, monitoring and providing constant feedback both to students and parents. She places great importance in communicating with parents and aims always to make herself available to answer any questions and to discuss any details of the programme.
