About	Mr. Mark Henley graduated, MB ChB from the University of Birmingham Medical School. He has been a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon to the Nottingham and Derby NHS Hospitals since 1994. He specialises in both aesthetic surgery, cleft lip and palate surgery. He is a senior specialist in the Trent Regional Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery Service, which he has had a significant role in establishing over the last 20 years. For the last 9 years, Mr. Mark Henley has led the establishment of a widely effective speciality based joint indemnity programme for plastic surgeons PRASIS to support improvements inpatient treatment and quality of practice. He works at BMI Park Hospital, Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital & Stapleford Nursing Centre. He now works with FSSA (Federation of Surgical Specialties Association) to enhance the practice across the whole of UK surgical practice.
