About	Rudy's Pizza is one of the best pizza places in Manchester, UK. For over 6 years, their pizzaiolos have been serving up fresh Neopolitan pizza to the people of Ancoats. They make their dough on-site twice a day with flour, water, salt & yeast. They double ferment it for a minimum of 20 hours at room temperature which makes it soft, light and easy to digest. All their pizzas are roughly 14” and cooked for just 60 seconds, keeping them soft and fluffy. Try their parmigiana pizzas topped with san marzano tomato, fior di latte, roasted aubergine, pecorino, basil & e.v. olive oil.
