About	Principal Pets is an independent family run business that started on Telegraph Road, opposite Heswall library, in 2014. They have always loved animals, but work commitments meant that having pets wasn't possible until they moved to Heswall. Then they adopted Rosie, a Jack Russell/Beagle cross, from the RSPCA in 2011. She changed their lives in more ways than they could ever have imagined. They met so many lovely people and dogs while out walking with Rosie that they decided to truly become part of the community and open a pet shop where they could share their passion. They have taken great care to design the shop layout to be bright and welcoming. Principal Pets caters to dogs, cats, small animals, fish and wild birds and always help if a customer wants a particular product. They have a Burns Loyalty scheme that is, if you buy five bags, you will get the 6th bag for free and Acnana Loyalty Scheme, that is, if you buy seven bags, you will get the 8th bag for free.
