About	Roundhay Park in Leeds is one of the greatest city parks in Europe. It covers over 700 acres of rolling parkland with lakes, formal gardens, cafes, woodlands, playgrounds, and the Tropical World visitor attraction. The park has many different sporting facilities, including a skateboard park, tennis courts, White Rose canoe club, football, bowling greens and cricket pitches and a grasscycling track. The park hosts events ranging from bonfire night to brass bands. Roundhay Park is also home to Tropical World, a tropical island adventure that is fun for all the family. It also contains lakes, streams and a landscaped canal in the canal gardens. The park has on-site parking areas.
