About	Sophie Bevin graduated in 2008 from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine with a 2:1 BSc Honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine, which was a four-year, full-time course. Her treatment is suitable for people of all ages. She tries to keep people as comfortable & relaxed as possible during treatment. Sophie works on muscles (myofascial release) & sometimes releases joints with manipulations, mainly at the thoracic (rib cage) levels. Sophie uses a range of mostly gentle, manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilizing and deep tissue massage. In addition, she gives most people stretching and strengthening exercises, and wherever possible, Sophie will tailor them to their lifestyle & timetable to help them get them done. All of this is your treatment. She aims to be as clear as possible with her reasoning and intentions, but just ask if you have any doubts or queries.
