The gym is situated over two floors and boasts over 140 pieces of top-of-the-range TechnoGym cardio and strength equipment. Sunderland Aquatic Centre provides award-winning swimming lessons for adults of all abilities. The centre includes Pure Strength machines, Cable Cross Overs, Olympic lifting platforms, Watt Bikes, Power Plates and their unique Octane machines and OMNIA training stations. They have a 50m Olympic-sized pool that can be split into two 25m pools, and you can choose from various activities. Sunderland Aquatic Centre can also work off that extra energy in its fantastic, fun soft play area.
