About	High Salvington Windmill is an excellent example of a working post mill dating from 1750-70. The mill stands 320 feet above sea level and can take advantage of incoming sea winds. It was thoroughly restored and began to grind grain again in 1991. The windmill is not entirely restored; it is slightly modified to gain the history of the windmill. The Salvington Windmill provides the entire history of the windmill in the early days. One who is interested in the mechanism of the windmill, the site will be the perfect destination. The windmill is entirely maintained by the volunteers. You can plan to visit the site for guided tours. Visitors can also enjoy timed tours, exhibitions and souvenir shops.
