About	Courthouse Museum is a majestic Georgian courthouse that remains virtually unchanged. It is centred in the old Courthouse of Quarter Sessions to replace its medieval predecessor. The courthouse museum consists of the Jury Room, Justices' Retiring Room, and Court Room. Each room tells the history of local government and courts. The permanent displays in the museum provide the past and the use of the courthouse. In 2005 its interiors were redecorated in the original colour scheme used when the structure opened at Michelmas 1830. Courthouse Museum opens free admission for children age five and under.
