About	Aberdeen Maritime Museum is one of the famous maritime museums in Aberdeen. Their museum was expanded with a multi-million pound and refurbishment in 1997. The museum has five times the original museum's exhibition space based in the 16th century Provost Ross's House. The museum's excellent collections of maritime paintings and objects are utilized in the new museum. Their fascinating story is told through rich and varied collections which are displayed. It has touch screen consoles, computer visual databases, an education room, and hands-on exhibits, all adding a new dimension for visitors.
