It is located in the city centre, the restaurant is a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station and the Northern Quarter. Shoryu Ramen serves authentic Tonkotsu Ramen with a passion. Their Bar Manager with a wealth of sake experience has created each of their Japanese inspired cocktails, a fusion of traditional Japanese flavours and ingredients with a cheeky modern twist.
