About	Etsu is a spotlit, light wood contemporary dining room for sushi and speciality Japanese meat and fish dishes. The building itself is also authentic-feeling, classy, yet comfortable and entirely without pretension. The staff are as excellent as always, and even with the reduced menu, there is plenty of choice and a full selection of Japanese drinks. The menu is varied, offering both raw and cooked seafood options and excellent vegetarian options. They have a good selection of drinks with lots of them being imported and rarely sold in shops in Liverpool. At Etsu Japanese Restaurant, they can accommodate up to twenty people sitting at the same table. They will also consider hiring out the entire restaurant for your group subject to minimum spend and hire fee. To achieve their goal of making Etsu as authentic as possible, they acquired two highly trained chefs from Japan and brought them to Liverpool for Head/Sushi Chef and Kitchen Chef at Etsu.
