About	Wagamama is a great place to eat and a place where people do genuinely care about the wellness of others and have an excellent ability to accommodate. It has ample seating areas and spacious wooden tables/benches. Wagamama offers excellent food that comforts and satisfies, with excellent presentation. The restaurant is located in the food court area of Intu Derby. The staff are accommodating and polite, explaining the menu and different options. Their Beef brisket ramen is delicious, as is the chilli chicken ramen, Katsu chicken curry and Korean BBQ steamed buns. The special mention is the Bang Bang cauliflower, a mix of soft and crunchy, sweet, sticky and fiery hot.
