About	Deb is a Clinical Hypnotherapist in Changing Tides Hypnotherapy. She has over twenty years of experience working in health and community services; three years of which includes working within NHS Primary Care Mental Health Services (IAPT/Talking Therapies) as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with patients struggling with depression & low mood, anxiety and stress, panic attacks, phobias, OCD and low self-esteem. In addition to her Clinical Hypnotherapy practice, she currently works part-time as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within both a Chronic Pain Service and Work-Based Talking Therapies Service. These roles involve delivering brief Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Pain Management Programmes to patients with common mental health problems and chronic pain conditions.
