It is one of the UK's largest Official Hammer Strength Training Centres. Strength Asylum has an extensive free weights area with approximately 10000kg's of plates and dumbbells up to 100kg's. The gym has dedicated PTs from general health and fitness, bodybuilding and competitive strongman backgrounds that can provide you with the knowledge, support and motivation to help you reach your goals.
