| About | The Secret Bakery is a small micro artisan bakery and coffee shop based in Harrogate, UK. They are passionate about providing home-baked fresh produce and making their customers happy. Secret's products are always baked on their premises including their bread, cakes and quiches. All their bread is made traditionally, using water, salt and a naturally cultured levain (sourdough starter) or Yeast. They are proud of their artisan bread, made fresh and by hand Monday to Saturday each week. They are members of The Real Bread Campaign who define Real Bread simply as "made without the use of 'processing aids' or other artificial additives".
