About	Salford Museum and Art Gallery is a well known Art Gallery and Museum in Stafford, UK. It was opened to the public in November 1850 as the Royal Museum and Public Library. This gallery and museum is devoted to the history of Salford and Victorian art and architecture. Their permanent art display in the Victorian Gallery has recently been re-hung and now contains over a hundred works of art exhibited in the style of a Victorian gallery. In addition, this entire gallery has been repainted, and new interpretations added to help their visitors to enjoy and engage with the pieces on show.
