About	Hoot Architecture is a RIBA registered architects practice based in Durham. They are passionate about creating exceptional buildings and places, whatever the size or budget. The practice is led by Stu Kent, an architect with many years of working experience in residential and commercial design both in the UK and abroad. The first stage of all their projects is listening closely to their clients to understand their aspirations and requirements; they can start the drawing once this is done. All their projects are designed using 3D computer modelling, allowing them to test concepts and thoroughly refine the small details. The 3D models also assist clients in visualising & understanding the designs as they develop fully. Their rigorous approach leads to procedures that are both creative and affordable. They take a wide variety of projects from small extensions to large homes, commercial buildings and master planning.
