About	Thomson Nature Park is a nature park located in Ang Mo Kio. It is the 7th nature park in Singapore. It covers about 50 hectares in size to conserve the biodiversity in the area. The park was developed on the former site of Hainan village. Thomson Nature Park features five trails spanning 3.8km. The trails pass through the extensive forest areas. Visitors can also explore the remains of the Hainan village and see several species of Ficus, Angsana and common pulai. The park is also the key conservation site for the critically endangered Raffles’ Banded Langur. Thomson Nature Park also has a freshwater habitat, and visitors can observe the great diversity of ferns and aquatic animals present.
