| About | Bincho is a unique all-in-one dining concept by Unlisted Collection that ties the past of Singapore with the present. It is a fun restaurant hidden away in an HDB block. Bincho is a Japanese restaurant with traditional Japanese don, sashimi, ramen, skewers. The interior design is based on a classic old coffee shop cum bar concept with an open kitchen. The restaurant has synonymous with the traditional Japanese white charcoal Binch-tan; the menu boasts a selection of meats, seasonal vegetables and seafood grilled over charcoal and fire. The chef personally adds the finishing touches before firing the dishes, which were both a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. They are available for private events. The customers can savour their delicious conger eel tempura and Mentai wings. |
