| About | Ramen Taisho is one of the great ramen stalls in the middle of Maxwell Centre. Hock Soon runs the stall with his wife, Kalene. He spent three years travelling to and fro Japan to learn the ropes before launching Ramen Taisho. He even followed the old ramen grandmasters in Japan to learn the art of ramen. The store owners are also amiable, and you can pay with a credit card or nets, making it super convenient. The authentic taste makes it more value for money compared to many restaurants. Ramen Taisho also serves one type of Donburi Rice Bowl. Chashu Negi Don ($5.90) and a Kid's Meal, consisting of chashu rice with miso soup.
