Their staff are generally courteous and helpful to you while doing the workout. The complex has fitness centres, stadiums, a dance studio, a sports hall with badminton, futsal and basketball courts. Through ActiveSG programmes and exercises for all ages and skills, it aims to strengthen communities, increase sports participation and ultimately support Singaporeans to live better through sport.
