About	Cafe Melba is a relaxed cafe and restaurant concept by Tadcaster Hospitality, which blends Melbourne and Asia's influences for a gourmet yet leisurely dining experience. They opened their first Cafe Melba in the East at Goodman Arts Centre in 2012 and Cafe Melba at Mediapolis in the West in May 2016. Over the years, they've built quite a following of those seeking a strong latte or just a little break for an after-work vino. You can also enjoy classic Eggs, Benedict in peace while their little ones burn energy on their infamous bouncy castle. Cafe Melba is a 150-seater café that serves delicious, fresh and flavoursome dishes and can be enjoyed in a unique and soothing interior. Taste their Margherita, Beef Bolognese and Mesclun Salad.
