About	Kiew Lee Tong Temple is one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Singapore. The temple was established in 1979. The shrine was first located at Havelock Road and later moved to Pahang Road and Jalan Besar. Kiew Lee Tong Temple was founded by immigrants from shiting village in Putian, Fujian. It has a welcoming environment for its devotees. A well-known Chinese craftsman carefully created the unique architectural decoration of the new temple in Fujian.
