About	Soneri Mahal is a Rajput fort and a collection of traditional Indian architecture. The museum is an extensive two-storeyed building built in traditional Rajput architecture. The Palace has a museum in which ancient pottery, paintings, household items, antiques, and remains of local palaces are exhibited. The Palace is covered with a garden and has a large rectangular gate, called Hathikhana, which means elephants' place. The museum is also where the Ajanta and Ellora cave festivals are now held.
