About	Vi-La Palace Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd. is a contemporary, family-run eatery offering Vietnamese food such as pho and spring rolls with a bar. It was founded in 1997 by Ken Tran and Joy Nguyen. Their decision to name the restaurant "Vi-La" originated because Ken was from Vietnam and that Joy was from Laos. Since 1997, Vi-La Palace has been booming with business and loyal customers. Their vermicelli noodle bowls contain crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, lettuce, cucumber, and pickled carrots. Most of their regular customers like their soups because that is served with a side of bean sprouts, basil and lime.
