About	The Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre is a multipurpose facility featuring gymnasiums, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, fitness centre and aerobics studio. This facility includes a 25-metre, 6-lane pool and a climbing wall. It also includes a changing table with a lift, an electric pool lift, stair entry and a universal change room. The centre has Recreation Guide programs, memberships and pay-as-you-go programs available. Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre has a hardwood sprung floor, and two electronic scoreboards divide in half and thirds using drop-down canvas curtains, bleacher seating & are complete with four team change rooms with showers. e Fitness Centre is equipped with cardio and strength equipment & open to anyone aged 16 and up. The centre gives free parking.
