About	S A Schumacher is the founder and director of the Achilles Foot Health Centre. He is a board-certified Diplomate in Foot Surgery with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and board-certified founder and Emeritus Diplomate with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He has also served as a podiatric surgeon at Abbotsford Regional Hospital in the department of nephrology, specializing in complex neuropathic wounds. Schumacher provides comprehensive medical and surgical care of the lower extremity. He has an area of interest in Surgery, Designing Custom Orthotics, Braces, and Shoes, Diabetic and Neuropathic Wounds, Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy and Regenerative Medicine.
