About	Houston Pizza was found by Four Kolitsas in 1970, on Hill Ave in Regina. They had simply immigrated from Greece with a strong work ethic and a love of food. All their pizzas having fresh toppings, outstanding flavour, and a homemade crust that is crisp on the outside and delectably soft in the middle. They use that Olive oil, oregano, lemon, garlic to shape the muse of the flavour which you have come to crave. They take pride in sourcing as many homegrown products as possible: the pizza meat, souvlaki, and dry ribs are all Saskatchewan products, 100 percent Canadian. All their ingredients are cut fresh daily, not a week ahead of time, and their sauces and dressings are prepared in-house. They serve up REAL, GOOD, FOOD, Just the way you crave it.
