About	The Grand Pizzeria is a brick-walled space with a separate bar that serves wood-fired pizzas, pasta & burgers. The restaurant has 150 seats inside and during the spring, summer and fall months, another 170 seats on the patio, making it the largest patio in Ottawa. They use their traditional wood-burning oven that is situated in the middle of the dining room with their Pizzaoli working behind perfecting all of their pizzas. They only use fresh and seasonal ingredients for making gourmet pizzas. They made pizza dough by using refined type 00 Italian wheat flour kneaded by hand.
