About	Dr. Sarah Hutchens received her Fellowship from the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD). She is the only practising FCOVD in Canada, east of Ontario. As a fellow, Dr. Hutchens is board certified in vision development, vision therapy and vision rehabilitation. In 2021, she opened her 1750 sqft clinic and expanded in 2022. The Centre provides ground floor accessibility, an inviting waiting room, routine optometric services with a focus on pediatrics, and full scope in-office vision therapy: 3 vision therapy rooms, advanced technology, and friendly staff who are dedicated to helping patients reach their full visual potential. At The Vision Development Centre, they focus on developmental and neuro-optometry. They developed the necessary tools and programming to transition patients to online/remote treatment with tremendous success. The Vision Development Centre accepts new patients and offers direct billing for routine eye care.
