About	Sofra Authentic Turkish Cuisine is a local cafe that brings the deep antiquity and qualities of Edmonton. All recipes are prepped every day freshly from scratch by Chef Yuksel Gultekin, and he made dishes with olive groves abound in Turkey, olive oils and olives figure mostly in Turkish cooking. They give their efforts to provide fresh meals consistently and quality food rewarded with amazing guests' patronage. The restaurant's interior looks like a piece from a Turkish home with beautiful Turkish lamps hanging from the ceiling. Their traditional porcelain and the conventional Turkish candle holders are completing the feel.
