About	Cho Ichi Ramen is conventional ramen expertise in the heart of Winnipeg. It is an excellent open concept look, a modern ramen place that opened along Pembina Highway in Fort Garry. It is a perfect place to bring family or friends. Cho Ichi focuses on thin and straight noodles with fresh house-made wheat noodles that have a satisfying, slurpable bounce. Under the two main broth options with three traditional variations: shoyu, shio or the cloudy, umami taste of miso. The fourth possibility is the spicy garlic, which has some heat but maybe not enough for people who like firecracker levels. Their vegetarian option includes the delicate broth and deep in flavour served with tofu. Their add-ins include seasoned egg, mushrooms and bamboo shoots, a sprinkling of green onions. Their miso ramen is complemented with fresh, sweet corn and black garlic.
