The restaurant's environment is cozy and clean. They serve fried chopped garlic on every table, which is an ideal partner with the ramen. The staff is always great, friendly and efficient. The Tonkotsu Ramen comes with chashu, egg, corn and seaweed. They also have stir-fried soba and udon noodles, and you can add chicken as an option. The Nagasaki bowl is a non-spicy bowl that still uses pork-based broth and serves generous quantities of seafood. You can select two different types of noodles traditional thin straight noodles or a wavy noodles.
