About	Le Taj is one of the best Indian restaurants that serves Indian delicacies and a set-price lunch buffet in a fine room. The owner, Vinod Kapoor, opened the restaurant in 1985. You can eat Indian food within the respected environment it deserved: white table cloths, wine, and elegant decor that highlights the rich traditional and artistic history of his native India. The decor at this eatery represents a true synthesis of the complex, colorful, uncomplicated, and luxurious. At lunchtime, they serve a buffet with an array of new items that change daily from Monday to Friday for $18.95 & $19.95 on Sunday (half price for children under ten years). The buffet continuously provides its signature naan and tandoori chicken and various appetizers, salads, vegetarian, non-vegetarian dishes, and dessert. Don't miss to try their Bombay Shrimp Curry, which is made up of succulent shrimps lightly sauteed in a rich sauce of onions and tomatoes garnished with fresh coriander.
