| About | The Oak Ridges Trail is the 175-hectare property formed of mature forests, wetlands, meadows, kettle lakes and a significant network of recreational trails. The park has a 4.2 kilometre lightly trafficked out and back trail. This trail is excellent for a quiet walk and mountain bike ride, which connect to trails that lead to Bayview ave. There are many side trails that can lead you along into the great wilderness. The lake is perfect for kayaking. It has a beautiful forest trail around the bond lake and includes a pond, dense bushes and uphill walkways. You can visit Oak Ridges Trail in the spring for the bird calls or fall for the vibrant leaves. |
