About	Dynamic Health and Fitness is New Westminster's most innovative health and fitness club. It is located at the New Westminster Sky Train Station. Their 12,000 sq ft state of the art club features a variety of cardio and strength equipment in addition to the many equipment options they already had to choose from. The club has a ladies-only section and a co-ed section that offers a variety of equipment for all ages and fitness levels. The club offers over 25 group fitness classes per week along with other services, including infrared sauna, tanning and a one-on-one personal training department. The gym provides full-service change rooms, free parking, wifi, infrared sauna & tanning. They look forward to continuing to serve the citizens of New Westminster and the surrounding areas for years.
