About	Christ Church Cathedral is one of the oldest churches built in Vancouver. The church started its first service when it doesn't even have a building. Later, a construction committee was formed to collect funds for constructing a building, and by 1895, the church was dedicated to providing service to the community. Christ Church Cathedral was built in the Gothic Style. The church got its first expansion by 1909, and an organ-blower was hired to serve the church. By 1929, the church was constituted as the Cathedral Church of the Diocese. Over the years, the church has been renovated with the Casavant organ, Celtic cross and icon-triptych. Visitors and People have admired the historical construction achievements that the church has obtained. Christ Church Cathedral extends its ministry of welcome and inclusion to all who know the brokenness of life, are drawn to Christ, and seek God in this rapidly changing place and time.
