About	Smokin' George's BBQ Restaurant offers classic BBQ food, ribs and pulled pork with housemade sauce, local brews and wine. It is located right in the middle of town, just off the Parkway at Mostar and Boban. Every day, they chop up local hardwoods to smoke up the most incredible pulled pork, beef brisket, pork ribs, chicken, and sausage. They bake their cornbread fresh every morning, hand-cut buckets of fries and mix up their housemade BBQ sauces and dressings, so every time you step in their door, you can smell those flavours in the air. They have a variety of menu options to help spark the imagination and get ideas flowing. Their protein items are smoked onsite in their restaurant, with some cuts cooking for up to 14 hours. Their onsite staffing includes buffet setup, including buffet tables, table linens and props. They offer a delivery and set up service. Gluten-free buns are available.
