About	Art Gallery of Alberta is a historical and contemporary Canadian art gallery located in Edmonton, AB. It has acquired more than 6,000 pieces, most of which were created after 1950 and added to the Collection. The strength of the Gallery's contemporary Collection lies mainly in the field of abstract painting and sculpture in Canada, with a heavy focus on the artists' work.
