About	Deb & Russell Young established Younga Yoga Studio in 2006 at Wollongong. They provide a balanced variety of vinyasa yoga classes, inspirational events, healthy living programs and training to deepen one's study of Yoga for their community. Their instructors are highly trained, and most of them have degrees in related health disciplines. Through their yoga practices, customers can focus on mind, clarity, energy, fitness, and feeling of being balanced in the mind and body. Their classes are dynamic and challenging, and they encourage their students to work at their own level and practise safely with awareness.
