You can expect a full-body alignment-based flow class leaving you feeling much lighter & looser. Her safe classes are designed to open your body & allow movement intelligently. She can assist and direct you to the yoga practice by integrating the advantages of relaxation and breathing with a concentrated mind. The way of teaching by Annie is dynamic, challenging and safe.
