About	Sushi Hub is a fun place to go if you either want some quick takeaway sushi or you want to peruse the long line of plates rotating around the shop. They have a wide selection of plates for those who want the raw stuff and those who need something cooked. Sushi Hub offers up bundled soy sauce in mini plastic fish containers, ginger and wasabi on the side. There is a side counter to go eating and an inner area for dining. Sushi Hub Swanston has sit-down belt sushi towards the back, take-out in the front, and a few counter seats. Their ingredients are locally sourced, and every dish is hand-rolled on site. Each of their shops promises the freshest sushi. They present the sushi rolls in a see-through glass window upfront, which makes everything look so appealing.
