About	Kawana Aquatic Centre has five heated swimming pools purposely built to cater to all means of the pool industry, including learn to swim, junior squads, competitive swimming, water polo, diving, and adult fitness. Their experienced coaching team led by Michael Sage gets a high level of coaching expertise and dedication to all the swimmers. Kawana Waters Swim Club and its coaching team support Swimming QLD's Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model; the training model aims to ensure that young athletes are introduced to certain types of training at the appropriate time.
