About	Bicentennial Park is a great spot to enjoy with kids and families located in Tamworth. It is the city’s first so-called “smart precinct” and boasts one of the biggest slides in the southern hemisphere. The park has play areas, a bike track and boardwalk, a fitness circuit, and a flying fox create a space for everyone to enjoy, and enhanced lighting, ample parking and laser-cut steel panel fencing have made it a very usable space for the community. There are several sporting fields and a swimming pool in the area. There are paths for walking or jogging and sculptures of country music legends.
