About	Queens Park is a significant park located in Moonee Ponds. It is a lovely park featuring sunken and rose gardens, a lake and playgrounds. A sunken garden and rose garden are part of the many attractions of the park. A gravel path surrounds the lake, where picnic tables and seats are provided beneath old-established exotic trees, with the lake a haven for a variety of birds. The middle of the park has a huge pond with water fountains surging out of the centre of the lake. The park hosts various concerts and festivals. Queens Park boasts an extensive botanic collection, including established Moreton Bay Figs, Bunya Pines and Hoop Pines.
